Second-generation $2.3 M interior renovation to convert an existing commercial space / bank into a pediatric clinic. Scope included enclosing the existing rear drive-thru teller area to create additional usable interior square footage. Work consisted of constructing new interior walls for a redesigned layout, along with new electrical, and plumbing. New fire line and fire sprinkler system installed to bring building up to current fire code to support the updated use case. New roof, new sewer pump system, replacement of all HVAC components and equipment. Reworked asphalt parking lot based on drive thru medication.
