This is WellStar’s first model of a community walkup clinic in the Beltline area of Atlanta. It is a first generation buildout of a first floor tenant space to create three offices (a primary care office, an imaging center, and a lab outreach). The scope also included exterior storefront design. The renovation required modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to accommodate the new layout. New partitions, ceilings, millwork, and finishes were also included.
