Demoed everything to structure including: HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Installed all new HVAC system (ductwork, PIUs, VAVs, returns and supplies). Project included a digital lighting control package with LED lights as well as sound masking system.

General office buildout with all offices featuring solid glass wall with sliding glass doors. Renovated breakrooms, conference rooms, server room, and hoteling rooms. Project was LEED certified.
