This project consisted of an amenity lounge, 2 large conference rooms and 2 spec suites for a 55 office complex. The conference room is unique with glass walls and operable partition to separate the amenity lounge from the conference room. The tenant lounge stands out with an open ceiling and eye-catching fixtures.
