We renovated the lounge, conference room, fitness center, micro-mart, and vending area. This project consisted of several specialty features that worked together to provide the client with visually appealing and functional amenity spaces. Improvements included polished concrete floors in the lounge and Micro-Mart, “Floating” soffit above lounge kitchen island with a “waterfall” edge solid surface top, folding partition between the conference room, custom upholstery for bench seating, and specialty gym flooring in Fitness Center.

All areas benefited from LED upgrade. New 2x2 LED lights were installed to replace existing fluorescent fixtures in grid/tile areas. New LED pendant lights were installed in the open ceiling areas.
